Strados.ai provides AI-powered assessment services for businesses. We offer both free and paid service tiers. The scope and pricing of each tier are displayed on our website at the time of use or purchase.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Our paid services are intended for business professionals acting in a professional capacity. By purchasing a service, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company being assessed. To access paid services, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes as required by law. VAT is calculated automatically based on your location and business status, in compliance with EU VAT regulations. Payments are processed securely through a certified third-party payment processor. Your payment card details are never stored on our servers. A purchase confirmation is sent upon successful payment.

5. Service Delivery

Upon purchase, you will be guided through our assessment process. Your personalized report is generated after all required steps are completed and is delivered digitally via your account dashboard and email.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Our paid services are digital content products. Production of your personalized output begins immediately upon your confirmation and data submission. By completing your purchase and submitting your data, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. No refunds are available after confirmation. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on exceptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Strados.ai platform, including text, design, graphics, software, and generated reports, is the property of Bodhi8 Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your report is provided for your internal business use only. You may share it within your organization but may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish it without our written consent.

8. Generated Content

Parts of our service output are generated using automated technology. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, automated content represents analysis based on the data you provide and should not be considered professional consulting advice. We recommend using the report as a starting point for further discussion with qualified advisors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated recommendations.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bodhi8 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, but completed reports remain accessible via their unique links for the data retention period specified in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU.
